TERMS OF SERVICE

If you are considering commissioning me please read the below terms carefully. These rules are subject to change but not without notice to any current clients.1) All commissions are accepted via PayPal invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. By paying the invoice, the client agrees to the terms stated below. Please read it carefully.2) The client must pay at least 50% of the total cost of the commission within one week of the delivery of this invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. I will not begin work on any commission, under any circumstances, before this initial payment is received.3) Upon completion of the commission, if there is still money owed on the invoice I will send the client a low-resolution, watermarked version of the piece. At this point, the client will be reminded to pay the remaining of the invoice.4) I will send an update at every major stage of production (sketch, line art, and flat color) as applicable. The client will then have one week to either approve the piece for further work, or request revisions. If no input or response is given by the client within one week, the piece will be considered to be approved.5) The client is entitled to request larger revisions during the sketch phase, however into line art and beyond only 2 revisions are allowed, any more will result in a $10+ additional fee.6) If the client wishes to cancel the commission, refund availability varies as follows:

7) Once the commission is complete, the piece becomes the property of the client. Even so, I still maintain authorship credit, meaning that the client cannot claim the work as their own, the client cannot alter the work without my permission, and I reserve the right to post this piece on my portfolio and social media at my discretion.8) The client cannot sell or reproduce the finished commission in any capacity. If the client does wish to sell or otherwise commercially reproduce the finished commission, this request can be submitted for consideration at any time, but will not be accepted without further payment and the entry into a new, separate contract.9) Under absolutely no circumstances do I consent to any finished commission or progress pictures being used/sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).10) I will not draw NSFW/18+ content out of personal preference. If you aren’t sure if your request applies to this rule, you are welcome to ask first.11) I am willing to draw any animal, humanoid, or fantasy creature original to you or otherwise, but visual reference must be given. I will not accept any commission that is not accompanied by at least one picture for reference.
